Pizza Hut

Have ordered many times from this specific place and usually have a little late pizza delivered. And the pizza had never been exceptionally good. This last time our pizza was over two hours late and we told them we wouldn’t pay for it… they charged us for it anyway without us signing! Bad customer service bad food

RUN!!! Terrible customer service!!! Called to place a pick up order and was put on hold for 6 minutes then hung up on… drove past and the employees were outside smoking…

Just don’t even try with this place. Our order shows up 20 minutes late (We preordered for a specific time and gave them plenty of time to prepare it since it was a rather large order), and we were charged for an extra pizza we didn’t order. So rather than keep the delivery driver held up delivering the rest of her pizzas while we tried to straighten it out with the manager, we went ahead and paid and told her I would just take the receipts up there later to straighten it out.
When I walked in the door, I told the manager what I was there for. She already had a duplicate receipt printed out and immediately started jumping down my throat about how we didn’t know how to order online and if we don’t to use a computer we should probably just call the store with our order and continuous accusations against me. At one point she just walked away towards to back and started throwing stuff around, then acted like I wasn’t even there. She finally gave me a refund of what we were owed, but then before the door even shut behind me she started yelling to another customer about me and how I had no reason to be mad at her because we can’t use a computer.
Under no circumstances is this level of customer service acceptable, especially from the MANAGER of an establishment.

Live less than a mile away. Ordered pizza at 8, didn’t get here until 9:45 and tasted like it was made an hour before. Last time I deal with pizza hut.
