Went there to renew my drivers license twice in 2 weeks. The staff was good to me the first time but the second time they were rude. It was soon to be closing time and the system said I wasn’t eligible to renew so she gave me a number to call — Montgomery DMV. I called them and when the lady on the other line cleared me and I went back to finish getting my license, the lady looked me in the eye and locked the door and walked away. EXTREMELY rude. When I told the lady at the Montgomery office what happened, she said she wasn’t surprised! I guess this is common for a DMV but where’s the «Southern Hospitality»?
Ended up going online and paying the extra fee to renew my license there. Terrible experience.
