Waffle House

My visit to Waffle House the other night was my first time. Seeing that it was close to our hotel, probably had quick service, and was affordable, we gave it a go. Now I can say that I wish we had these back in California! It’s a very basic restaurant, with a basic menu, but it really delivers. My strawberry waffle was delicious, as was the bacon. Usually, I can’t finish waffles/​pancakes at most places, but this one I nearly finished, and it did not leave me feeling bloated and wanting to roll out of the restaurant. That in itself is impressive. The people I were with also gave favorable reviews of their meals. Great place to go for a simple, no fuss, laid back meal that also happens to be yummy!
