This is going to be a long review. I hate your average grocery store hot dogs, but I have always been fond of street vendor foods. I have had many «Chicago» style dogs and sausages that failed miserably. I was not interested in this place because I knew it would be the same as those disgusting rubber tubes served at Sonic. My family decided to eat here one night and I wasn’t feeling the desire to dine alone so I tagged along. When I walked in the door I felt like I had stepped into a 1980s blues bar. I listened to what others in front of us ordered and I decided to order an Italian Beef Sandwich, Wet with sweet peppers. First bite and it was the most amazing sandwich I have ever tried. It was Chicago cuisine not some cheap imitation. On a later trip I bravely tried a Chicago Dog and Sausage Dog, both were the best I have had south of St. Louis. This restaurant is a true gem.

Best Chicago Dog I’ve had in Mississippi. They have a large selection of Chicago favorites. I’m looking forward to trying the roast beef sandwich. Smells really good.
I will be back.
This is my third time here. Trying the Italian beef this time. Not as good as I remember in Chicago. But best I’ve had in years.
