The service is terrible. A team of sloths would be an improvement. The food is good but not good enough to be worth the wait. You will get about a 50% chance of your order being correct, however when it isn’t you have already waited for so long that it isn’t even worth trying to get it fixed because you will have to wait all over again.

Rascist manager, nobody waits on you. Unorganized more than a woman in her purse. You have to sit yourself, and also go to front to order when your dining in. The manager is a Bitch… her Name is Mrs SHAUNTA and all them cockroaches teepee me out. I will never be back. An far as delivery. Shit you might as well go get it yourself it will take the same amount of time as there delivery drivers are awful, an i love 5 miles away and they can’t delivery to me but dominoes can. I find d that odd, but yet the casino I’d five miles further from the Hut an they deliver to them

So, I called to place a take out order as I have done many times before. The first time I called I did not get to speak to anyone. I could hear background noise like there was a connection but no one spoke. I figured it was a bad connection and called back. This time, I get no greeting, just a lady who was screaming to someone in the background, «I got a order» which was followed by laughter and then she said will it be carry out or delivery and I told her carry out. She said «Oh, it’s gonna be about an hour for carry out, can u call back?» I didn’t even know what to say but before I could open my mouth she hung up on me! REALLY??? I am beyond angry!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Placed an order 15 minutes ahead got to the store and the cashier said it just need to be cut and boxed. Waited 15 minutes still didn’t have our damn cheese stick. Old women peeping outside the kitchen talking about help its backed up at the front counter yet aren’t bothering to lift a finger. Then it seems like everyone had to take a bathroom break yet there’s only one damn toilet. Then they finally get our cheese sticks they are and stiff and been just sitting here for all of the 10 minutes. Just gonna offer us a damn take home salad for 2 dollars. No thank you never again.

Consistently TERRIBLE service! I’m a local and it’s been a problem for years. Recently remodeled but the layout is awkward and doesn’t work well. Wings aren’t good. Pizzas are typical for any Pizza Hut I suppose. Lunch buffet is okay as long as they bother to keep food out.
