I went to a free intro class, and this place rocks. The instructors are great people and good teachers, and actively try to select safe, respectful people to train there. Very supportive environment for LGBTQ, women, and beginners. I can’t afford this place(fees roughly on par with other muay thai gyms), but I recommend it to folks looking for a great place to work out and learn something fun.

Really fun and supportive place! Coaches Kate and Charlie are really friendly, funny, and awesome. You get a free intro class, so sign up online! The two-week unlimited-visits trial of $ 49 with free t-shirt and kickboxing gloves is a great deal, too. Everyone is friendly and seems passionate about kickboxing, so it’s a great environment.

An amazing place to train. Everyone is super supportive and the environment is inclusive. The coaches care about your form and they encourage you to keep going even if you are doing what feels line 1000 burpees. Please sign up and take classes if you’ve ever been curious about kickboxing or Muay Thai training. You will not regret it

I love this place. Super inclusive and supportive. I go for the all female kickboxing classes, which are great. Definitely check it out — Coaches Kate and Charlie are awesome. I had never done kickboxing before, so I signed up for a free intro class and haven’t looked back!

I’m the first person to review this place? It maybe because folks are too busy getting their kickboxing/muay thai on. I can’t say enough great things. The classes are killer in that way that’s good for the soul and makes you feel like a complete badass. Coaches Kate and Charlie are the perfect mix of motivator and Eye of Sauron.
