A friend of mine told me to go to look for my daughter, it was okay, but most of what I saw was over priced and nothing that I couldn’t get somewhere else for cheaper.

I stopped in the other day on a whim. We were walking by and I’m looking for a flower girl dress for my niece for our upcoming wedding. The women in the shop were very friendly. They offered help and let me bride around without being pushy. I didn’t find quite what I was looking for but they have very beautiful things here ! This is the perfect place to go to get your little girl(or boy) a beautiful outside for their birthday or the holidays etc. They have items that are«everyday» wear but still on the fancier side. Quality, unique items that you won’t find everywhere else ! I especially loved the South Philly feel of the store and appreciate a local business that has been there for quite some time. I now know where to go when I need a beautiful baby or child outfit !

A Passyunk Avenue classic for turning your ordinary, run-of-the-mill infant and/or small human child into a befrilled, satin-wrapped and lace-embellished extra-fancy Princess or Little Lord Fauntleroy. Visualize the sequins, fur, feathers and thousands of miles of ribbon that make up the inventory of this super organized and absolutely old-school kiddie boutique. Elaborate christening dresses, formal holiday attire and flouncy tutus in kaleidoscope colors are all swathed in plastic to keep them neat and clean. Prices are high, but it’s all perfectly constructed special occasion stuff. The two ladies who run the place were just as nice as can be when I went in to pick out something gorgeous for my four-year old cousin’s birthday. A super-soft black and white herringbone jumper dress with colorful flower embroidery and matching, satin-lined beret jumped right out. It’s the kind of thing that’s both practical(warm with a turtleneck underneath, she can wear it to school, etc.) and also nearly as beautiful as the kid wearing it. Money well spent on something special at a local business.
