I was ready to move out of my home. I was so over run with mice. I did everything I could do to get rid of them. I could kick myself for all the money I spent before I called Abstract… Thank you… Thank you … Thank you! I am no longer afraid to walk into my kitchen in the middle of the night for a drink of water and turn on the lights. If you want it done right and completely call ABSTRACT TERMITE & PEST CONTROL.

Pretty good as far as explaining any termite issues. Came out quickly and did what seemed to be a full treatment, which was comforting. We even referred abstract to several people who in turn used the company. 5 star rating at Home Advisors.
But let this stand as an update…
We are seeing signs of more termites and wanted abstract to come out and inspect — after all, they said that if this did happen they would certainly come out and do some more treatment. And yes, we were willing to pay even though we believe there was an oversight in the initial treatment.
They ended up being a no show no call on the day THEY decided was most convenient. Now they won’t even return our calls. I’m starting to think that there was really no «ongoing» touch up treatments intended, even though that was in the contract. Oh well, on to other venues.
