Accuracy Assured Home Inspections

I’d give more stars for the quality of the inspection, but I can’t due to the lack of customer service.
When Scott walked up to the house i said hello and he couldn’t even be bothered to respond. He talked down to us the whole time. Even after finding out that my boyfriend is an architect, he continued to talk to us as if we were morons who didn’t understand a word he was saying. He just seemed miserable. Our house had a lot going on, but he acted as if it our fault! My realtor even described him as «mean». He promised our report back to us Thursday or Friday. When 3pm rolled around on Friday, my boyfriend gave him a call. He said we’d have it by 8pm. Since Scott does not include estimates for repairs, we would have to try to find a contractor on the weekend to take a look at the report and get a second one done for repair estimates.
Overall, the house buying process was made even more stressful than it already is by lack of professionalism and common courtesy. Scott is very knowledgeable, but does that have to be a trade off for good customer service?

Scott is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Both me and my client were beyond satisfied with the level of service that we received. Scott provided a conclusive report as well as tips throughout the inspection that my client noted to improve the home once purchased. A master inspector and highly recommended!

Scott was great! He spent hours in my prospective house mulling over every inch. He didn’t miss a thing. The sellers had already come down a lot in price but when I made my offer, 15% lower than their lowest offer, I included Scott’s report and they accepted it! He saved me so much money! And he found things that needed to be fixed immediately that I never would have known about so I was able to take care of them before any problems. I had tons of questions and he went over everything with me in an a way that was easy to understand. I have recommended Scott to all my friends and family!

I would stay clear of the inspector Scott. He inspected a house for me about 2 weeks ago and was pretty thorough. After the inspection (Thursday), he told me he would have the inspection for me by Monday. Monday came and I never heard from him. I called and emailed him Tuesday and finally heard back from him that evening. He said he would have it finished tomorrow (Wednesday). I never received the inspection the next day. Now, I called and emailed nonstop on Thursday and all day Friday before I received a call that Friday saying how he never had a phone for those couple of days. Phone or no phone, why wasn’t the inspection completed and emailed to me?
What upsets me the most is that I had a 10 day window to break the sales agreement (with a copy of the inspection). I barely made the deadline and was never once given an apology or anything for the delay. I would stay clear of a guy who is shady.

Noone is better. (at least I think so)
Scott is a master certified master inspector with probably the highest level of professionalism I’ve ever seen in a person.
It was important to get a person that was extremely thorough and all the while explaining each and every little thing he does.
Also, his website very easily explains his price packages. The entire report is finished in 3 – 5 days. His format in the report is also very praiseworthy because it’s not just a typical report.
He’s been recommended to my friends and family too. Thumbs up for Scott!
