This place has gone to shit since November. Reception people on personal calls. tellers it may be three up there talking to each other but one is open two if lucky. Want to wait over a hour to change your address at the bank when one person leaves one hour before closing two person talk and you only have one person in front of you waiting but three people behind you. Then go here I am OK. this maybe my neighborhood bank but I am going start going to a different bank. I miss the old people that I knew by name and face they was professional but I guess they transfer and I unstand why.
