Perfect service from Ameryn Media. I sent my records (vinyl LPs); they acknowledged receipt, copied them onto MP3 and sent back the records. All in a few days. Good communication throughout and fair pricing. I recommend this company to everybody!

I’m very disappointed in Ameryn Media. I sent them three Digital Audio Tapes to be transferred to CD. Of those three, only one was properly transferred, and another was damaged by Ameryn. It wasn’t damaged during shipping. It was damaged by whoever was attempting the transfer. Now I have to find a company who can fix what Ameryn ruined. I would be more understanding if they’d contacted me to let me know about the damaged tape, but instead they emailed saying my order was complete (however, longer than the three to five days they promised). It was such a letdown to discover that I’d completely wasted my time using this company. They might do an adequate job on audio cassettes and LPs, but if you have master tape that you cherish don’t be lured in by the low prices. These guys are amateurs.
