cheap recording space and it has everything you could need, including a great location
Rodger is the guy who works there and he keeps rehearsal rooms well supplied, and should anything go wrong he is totally on your side concerning payment for room rental
also has strings, drum sticks, pics, extra chords… anything you might forget or that could break at the last minute
DEFINATELY worth checking it out

We used the studio for 4 hours and were very impressed. The gear was top notch. Usually for bass gear, you’re stuck with an old Peavey combo… got to play through an Ampeg B2 & a 6×10 cab. The guitar head was a Marshall Mode Four — lots of options and great tones. The drums are a solid set. The staff is extremely helpful. At $ 15 an hour — it’s comparable to other rehearsal studios, yet has much better gear. I give it 2 thumbs up… a Star Search 4 out of 4 stars.
