My contract is over so I went to AT&T to see what options they can offer. I was initially helped by Jessica. She was very good. She knew what she was doing and offered us great options so we end up looking for a new phone. However, her shift was over. We were ‘re assumed to Mike. Inge this is when my expirience was ruined. His attitude was horrible!!! He did not want to do Anything we just asked to see if our plan has been switch and what the estimate of our next bill. Now Jessica did it and he said he can’t. His tablet was taking forever and he was just sitting quite when after 5 min I asked what’s wrong he said that sistem is just slow. That’s it. Quite 5 min more. Phone was out of stock and he didn’t even offer us option. I just walked out without the purchase. Poor managment bad employees!!!

!!! MUSTREAD!!! I had the misfortune of being served by an employee named SHERRYANNE, not once but twice. My first visit was in December when I came into the store to acquire information on the google smartwatch. I was excited to hear about the product until this particular employee completely destroyed my interest in the smartwatch through her vague and questionable explanation of the watch as well her vibe which made me feel like I was wasting her time. My second encounter was on April 18, 2015 I came into the store to get some knowledgable information on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 and once again I was paired up with Sherryanne. With this knowledge I was hopeful that my second experience with her would be better than the first, but I was wrong. The first questioned that I asked her was how long does the battery last and with and attitude she replied«very long» so I asked her again how long? and she replied again«very long, depending on what you’re using it for». Her unsure answer made me frustrated because all I wanted to know was if it had an 8 hour or a 9 hour battery life. Moving on I asked her a second question about the speed. I asked her what’s the difference between the S and the older model speed? She replied«they’re both really fast»…This was not the answer that I was looking for so again I rephrased the question and asked her what kind of processor does it use. Sherryanne then went into her little Ipad and started to look up the information and read it outloud to me. After hearing about the product I told her that I wanted to buy it. So Sherryanne went into the back and came back 10 minutes later with the box. The box had a broken seal on it so I had requested to have a new box that did not have a broken seal and she said okay. After another 10 minutes of waiting she came back to tell me that it was the only Samsung tab S 8.4 and that there was nothing wrong with the one that had a broken seal. Feeling very frustrated and annoyed I just walked out the store because I wasted my breath and time talking to an employee that clearly does not care about customer service. A few hours later I had called back to the same store and asked them if there was more than just one Samsung S 8.4 tablets left and to my surprise the lady said yes that there were plenty of tablets left. So after spending nearly half an hour talking to an employee who was not knowledgeable on the tablet that I was interest in, I ended up buying the tablet at another location because I was lied to by this incompetent employee named Sherryanne. If you want to purchase any products from this AT&T store please SEE Ryan or Rashon who is more knowledgeable than Sherryanne.

This place was great compared to the one at Cottman and Frankford, Samantha was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. When your phone isn’t working it’s hard not to be annoyed but her and two other guys had it working in 5 minutes and saved the day.
