Lots of great vintage here. This shop is actually in the back of Jules Goldman’s books so you have to walk to the very back of the shop. Both the owner and assistant were very knowledgable and helpful. I’ve purchased great vintage frames here and always get compliments when I wear them out. I will probably buy my next pair here too!

Love this place you never know what you will find. All kinds of goodies jewelry, ceramics and frames for glasses, I’ve bought many things here… The people are nice and the music they play fits the place. I never leave empty handed. I highly recommend this great place… So get off your ass and go what are you waiting for!!! You won’t regret it!!!

My metal crucifix on my windowsill is from this shop’s former venue. I love the big-​band music playing here and thanks for telling me how hard to find my browline glasses frames are; I’ll be even more careful with them!

In the back of Jules Goldman Books & Antiques on N. 2nd Street (right next to AKA Music), resides Barbara Blau and her Collectables. And, believe me… as a lifetime collector of costume and fine jewelry, this is one of the best places to find jewelry in the Philadelphia area!
Those of you who have been shopping vintage in this city for a while may already know Barbara. Or, you may know her by another name… «The Glasses Lady». That’s right — she’s also famous for the eye wear she offers for sale. Both guys and gals will enjoy her very large selection of glasses! And, jewelry, and antiques, and buttons… do I really have to go on?
Boy or girl, young or old, if you love old pretty things, go to Barbara Blau Collectables! You will not be disappointed.
