Honestly, I love the store. Even the security guard was friendly. The staff is friendly and respectful. I had no problems. It was very small, easy to look through and get around. One of the employees I asked«what would make a good mother’s birthday present» and she directed me nicely. I’m only a 14 year old gay boy, shopping in an almost completely female store. Seems really gay, if the woman had noticed. Even worst I was alone. It was literally like 2 weeks ago. March 21, 2015. I really expected regular shopping. And of course I already get looks because I’m so young and going to somewhere alone. But I actually had. No problems. My mother even loved the present.

I only go here twice a year… for the semi annual sale. This location in particular is always crowded, as its in the gallery. With everyone spritzing and spraying and lotioning and exfoliating in the store, I get headaches if I stay for longer than a few minutes. Most of the products here smell like my 15 year old sister’s bedroom, but there are a few simpler fragranced items. Be prepared to brave the crowds if you go here, especially during a sale. Lines can be out the door.

I’m not a huge fan of this B&B, I occassionally stop in here to pick up a last minute gift, the store is very small, rude customers who do not understand that this is a small store and you should say EXCUSEME to get by. Instead they almost try to knock you down to get to the next display as if they are going to sell out of the item in the next two seconds. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I love their products. If this store was in larger locaton I might be a frequent customer.

I think it’s funny that a store where most items are $ 10 has a security guard at the door. Seriously B&B, no one wants to steal your stinky lotions. It’s interesting how B&B used to use a kitschy theme in its packaging, but they’ve changed to a different, more ‘mature’ looking aesthetic in recent years. Like Victoria’s Secret, B&B markets its products as being glamourous & luxorious when in reality, they sell cheap, mass produced items that virtually everyone can afford. Mass luxury – look it up. In terms of the actual products, B&B offers an overwhelming selection of soaps, lotions, and perfumes in hundreds of scents, most of them being totally overwhelming as well. Let’s put it this way – when I was in high school, we ladies got really excited about this stuff. Now I know to go elsewhere for a quality soap or lotion that’s more about doing what it’s supposed to do instead of smelling like a fruit.

I hate this store. No offense, it sells useful stuff if you need soaps that smell nice or something. My wife loves their pump soaps, and I’ll admit, they smell nice and leave your hands feeling pretty good too. They’re products are just fine. But I can’t go in this store. It smells like a potpourri of every smell a female freshman at a state college has ever sprayed after walking into class and sitting down right next to you while you’re under the impression that the room and everyone else smelled just fine prior. You had no idea that the room needed to smell like«late night moon swim» or whatever the heck it is, but apparently she knew, and took it upon herself to clear up any concern over this. The whole place reeks of all these smells combined into one horrible attack on your olefactory sense. Personally, if it’s not really cold, I just wait outside while my wife goes in and gets those awesome soaps.
