Benefit Brow Bar At Ulta

My roommate and I decided to try this brow bar after reading the reviews. We went to Dianna like recommended and wasn’t disappointed. She did a fantastic job. We were both very pleased with the results definitely going back.

Had one of the best experiences at this store today! A total newbie to the brow bar, i was confused and Dianna was amazing !! I’ve never had such great customer service before! My eyebrows look flawless & she even assisted me on getting the right product! Worth every penny !

Get an appointment with Diana. She’s the best at shaping eyebrows. I have mentioned in other reviews where I say that I do not let many people work with my eyebrows. But once I saw the eyebrows of a coworker of mine, decided to give The Brow Bar a chance. Have been there twice and Diana has done a great job. She can take her time or can be very quick. At the end, she’s super confident and makes sure that you leave happy. Highly recommend.

Dianna is by far the best I’ve found for a brow wax in center city and at $ 20, I’d say she’s a bargain. Schedule an appointment though, she books up quick and walk-​ins are hard to come by. Definitely worth it though!

So I figure «Hey me and my wife are getting married why not get my eyebrows on fleek?» As ladies we always want what’s best for our eyebrows so for $ 20.00 we figured it might be one of those pay for what you get kind of situations. It was awesome because we just did a walk-​in on a quiet Tuesday morning and was immediately taken care of. Kelli was nice and she took her time. But after me and my wife left, I realized one of my eyebrows looked like a boomerang and the other was flawless… not too happy with that. On the other hand, my wife left with a generous amount of skin taken off from under her eyebrow. For 20.00 bucks I should have symmetrical brows and my wife should still have the rest of her skin. Not worth the 20 but we also fill in our brows so it can be fixed.

Dianna is the best! I’ll never let anyone else touch my eyebrows. The $ 20 is totally worth it and you only need to go once a month or so.

$ 20 for a brow wax might seem a little crazy, but when your brows end up looking like they do when Dianna is finished with them, it’s worth the extra cash.
I have very fine brows, so I usually self-​maintain — but I’m unable to recreate the shape and arch that Dianna is able to achieve. She is extremely meticulous — starts with wax, trims them with scissors if necessary, and finishes with tweezers to catch any stray hairs. She will also fill your brows back in with Benefit products and will add concealer to hide the inevitable redness that happens when you get a wax.
Definitely make an appointment — she is ALWAYS busy when I walk in. She is usually running a little late, but I can’t even be mad about it because you can’t rush good brows.

Diana did an excellent job on my brows. She was obviously very experienced and gave me excellent shape! Be sure to call for an appointment… they take walk-​ins, but do tend to book up with appointments! Only reason why I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I think $ 20 for a brow wax in the front of Ulta is a bit high. But it was definitely the longest, most thorough brow wax I’ve ever had!

This place is a little tricky to review because I think it 100% depends on the aesthetician that you get. In my case, I am writing about Dianna, who I made an appointment with after a recommendation from a friend of a friend. I was flustered and running a couple minutes late to my appointment and called the store to let them know. The woman on the phone didn’t seem to care and said that Dianna was with another customer anyways. However, when I got there (10 minutes late), she was still with that same customer and didn’t finish up for at least 10 minutes more. I guess I am just glad I didn’t show up on time?
I rarely get my brows waxed anymore because they’re really not that out-​of-​control (I am a natural blonde with fine hair). But, I did this as a treat for the first time in two years. Dianna suggested a tint as well as the wax, but was not pushy about it. I decided to go for it and I am glad I did. Everything else was great– I loved Dianna’s personality, and she is someone that you don’t mind being all up in your face (some waxing services can be a tad awkward). The end result was great– nothing unimagined or crazy, but my brows look clean and fresh. I’ll be back, hopefully before two more years go by.
