I scheduled an appointment and was told someone would be out bw 9 and 12. No one showed up. When i called to inquire when some would arrive (2:30pm), i was told my order slip never printed and no one would come out today. Would i like to reschedule for Monday. Very disappointing when you take off from work and waste your entire day.

The receptionist was nice. It ends there. HORRIBLE customer service. They DO NOT PERFORM ALL NECESSARY PROCEDURES TO ELIMINATE BED BUGS! I was charged $ 400 for a mid sized one bedroom apt, and the problem never went away.
THE EXTERMINATOR SPENT LESS THAN 5 MINUTES TREATING MY APT. Again, for $ 400!!! AND he was hell’a F’n rude. Acting as though I was wasting his time while I quickly prepped my space. THEY are suppose to give customers a prep sheet for the space being treated. Despite repeated requests they NEVER gave me one.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! These people are horrible.
To find a reputable exterminator, esp for BED BUGS, look for these red flags:
–an extremely high quote (it means they don’t want to do the job)
–company doesn’t offer a guarantee (at least 90 days if they’re legitimate)
