This is my apartment. Before I lived here with my brother, Matt Hannigan, Josh Maltby and Luke Davin lived here. Darnelle Radford used to live upstairs. I used to sleep on the futon here when I first moved back from Cali and I was on the outs with Erin. Marvin, in kitten form, used to interrupt my dyphenhydramine and Jagermeister enhanced sleep. My block of Fairmount used to be more ghetto than it currently is. People used to get shot, there used to be parking spots. Maybe there will be parking spots and shootings once again during the summer. Across the street, the 17th Spot(the last bastion of ghetto on my block– review to come) still stands. The cops are still looking for creative ways to shut it down, I’m sure. As for the actual apartment… Josh broke the dishwasher and the new one I put in is not properly installed as of yet. I’m damn fucking sure the landlord kept us 100% insulation free when he remodeled as I’ve paid hundreds of dollars to freeze the fuck to death over the winter… still, it’s home…

I ordered the Shark Sandwich. The service stunk, it took 11 minutes to get my drinks and there seemed to be someone dusting for vomit in the restroom. Shit Sandwich. On the plus side… I’ve heard they sell titanium road bikes for $ 75.

An eclectic mix of music indeed one moment you have the said gangsta rap in Chrissy’s review, and then the next you have a karaōke virtuoso doing an acoustic version of «Birdhouse To Your Soul» by They Might Be Giants. a good BYOB with BBQing out back, a fun house cat, and a big TV that plays my newest vice Lego Star Wars? Yeah I’ll be back.

The music at Big Drew’s is definitely an eclectic mix(read: white kids playing gangsta rap), but they’ll open it up to whoever wants to put some tunage on. A bonus to the byob-ness of this joint is that there’s a beer distributors not 3 doors down. srsly would go again A+++++
