Simply the best! I’ve tried other trainers, and Bodyblast is definitely my favorite for numerous reasons. The staff is awesome! Great, caring people, who are fun, laid back, but work you hard. My sessions are 30 minutes, which in the beginning I was hesitant about, but by the time I’m finished my session, I am dead. My results have been exactly what I wanted thanks to the sessions, the meal plan that is given in the beginning, and the weigh-ins, to keep you focused and on track. When I first started, I did a juice cleanse to jump start my program, and I really liked it. I never did a juice cleanse before, but the shakes tasted really good and kept me surprisingly full. I lost water weight from that, which helped kick me into the program. My physical appearance has changed a lot since I first started. And, I have more energy, stronger, eating healthy, and feel amazing! I strongly recommend Bodyblast without a doubt! Thanks to the constant support from the staff, I feel like a new woman!

Friendly trainers. Convenient location. Fairly clean and never crowded. Would recommend their personal training program as it pushes me to go to the gym at least twice a week and I could never motivate myself enough to keep hitting the gym regularly on my own.

I made the decision to join BodyBlast in July of 2012. It has been one of the most rewarding decisions of my life. My Philadelphia Personal Trainer is knowledgeable, patient and attentive. He has taught me how to exercise in a safe and productive way. He has also been instrumental in helping me make the move to a healthier diet. BodyBlast Personal Training has been a well rounded program designed for my personal needs. Now I see it as a lifestyle. When I started with BodyBlast Personal Training I was 211pounds and a 40 inch waist. I had no upper body strength. I could not do one push-up. Over the last 11 months I have seen changes in my body that I thought impossible at 54 years of age. I have lost over 45 pounds, my waist is a 32 and I can now do 60 push-ups. No more man boobs for me. The nutrition plan has given me very healthy choices that I can easily work with. Who would have imagined losing weight eating 5 times a day. I stand taller, walk faster and endure longer. BodyBlast Personal Training is not easy, there is no magic, but the benefits are tremendous.
