I just put $ 20 in the change machine. I didn’t get any quarters, my $ 20 was not returned, and the change machine is now flashing out of service. There is no number posted in the laundromat or online to contact the owner. TOTHEOWNER: Please contact me so that I may get my $ 20 back.

My washer at home broke so I have gone here a few times now. They have modern front load washers. The change machine worked fine for me. A guy was cleaning one time. It would be nice if they had a sink and a recycling can. If I ever did have a problem, I would call their phone number first instead of posting a complaint on social media. Posting a bad review can really hurt a neighborhood business. For instance, I’d rather see this clean unattended laundromat than a check cashing and liquor store.

Put 3 dollars in the washer chilled in the coffee shop for 40 minutes came back and took my clothes out and realized they were pretty dry thinking this washer is state of art you didn’t even need a dryer cause it dried the clothes or something BUT I was wrong, the machine didn’t work and my clothes were not washed at all. And there is noone in charge in the laundry to share your terrible experience curse in the nicest way and let the tension go. So forget about this place but the coffee shop next to is cool.

I’ve been here twice. For what the place is, it’s totally fine. Crowd is respectable. Not a lot of parking to be found nearby, at all. Haven’t had a bad experience yet. Today there was detergent left out on a table that read«free for customers». Made me nervous, but a kind gesture. Change machine worked for me today. Also, I hiiiighly recommend crossing the street to the Old Philly Ale House to burn time waiting on your laundry. **I don’t understand the bitter tone in other reviews. I’d be sour too in regard to losing quarters to unlabeled machines, but if you don’t communicate that, it won’t be posted or fixed. It’s a laundromat, it’s not supposed to be the best place in the world.

This is your average neighborhood laundromat. Washers are $ 2.25/$ 2.50. Dryers are $ 0.25÷10 minutes. Hours are 7:30 am-11 pm. Packets of laundry detergent can be purchased for $ 0.50. Plenty of washers and dryers. Very basic place but not bad.

This place has never been crowded when I’ve been there, but that’s probably because it’s kind of terrible. It’s unattended, which means if something goes wrong, you’re SOL. One of the dryers makes a TERRIBLE noise and some of them don’t really work. All of the machines are small. When I walked by recently, I noticed that the change machine is no longer working, and rather than fixing it, they’ve lowered the prices. Err… ok? I’m going to do my best to avoid this place in the future. As a side note, it seemed like every time I was in here, there was someone doing laundry on their own for the first time ever. From college students to old ladies… I dunno how they ended up there, but I had to give advice more than once.

Every time I walk into this place, I feel as if I’ve entered my own private hell. Laundry is my least favorite chore to begin with, and having to do it here makes it that much worse. First of all, the change machine is out of order 75% of the time, which is really maddening after you’ve lugged over about 100 pounds of clothes, only to have to lug them further down the street because this place’s bill changer isn’t working. The owners, who also own the barbershop next door, are usually over there blasting music loud enough to make the walls rattle. The dryers take a really long time to dry, the place is dirty… actually, I can’t really think of anything good about this place, except that it’s one block away.

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review for this place. Before the laundromat a block up had some work done, we used to do laundry here. I have had sooo many bad experiences with the machines. Not all of the broken ones are labeled so you might end up with clothes that aren’t dried properly or are completely soaked because the spin cycle was skipped. The place is really tiny and usually dirty. The owners are almost never on site and the phone number they give you goes to a phone… in the closet next to the most finicky change machine in the world.
