I can’t give less than 1 star??? This place is a MESS. They change hands every few months, and paperwork is lost every single time. They don’t even lock the doors or ID parents who pick up new children!!! There is a very unprofessional group working there, who severely lack phone etiquette and a professional demeanor. They constantly lose sippy cups, coats, blankets, extra clothes. HORRIBLE! They are EXTREMELY unorganized and will ALWAYS claim you missed payments. They will accept your special needs child, JUST SO THEY CAN GET PAID, but then kick him out every other day for «safety issues». Unfortunately they are the only daycare in my are that can accommodate my child so I’m stuck. Can’t wait until he can move on to school!

My child lasted here one week. This place has no outside play area so what do they do? They take the children out on the sidewalk daily for fresh air. Innocent enough right? Not when there is no fence and the sidewalk sits at the intersection of a busy 4 lane road. 8 to 10 toddlers and a few teachers to contain them. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realize that’s not safe. Heaven forbid one of those kids ever dashes into the road. Won’t be mine.
