This café represents the worst type of gentrification. Not only do the canolis cost an absurd $ 6(the snobby cashier made a point to remind me they were«imported»). After paying that $ 6, I asked for a glass of tap water, and the second cashier had the gall to remind me they«usually charge $ 1 for water.» Such service was inexplicable to me and I do not plan on returning to Créma nor do I plan on recommending this establishment to any of my friends. I’ve had much better canolis at Mike’s in Boston and in Italy, so I won’t be missing out on anything at all.

This place is one of my favorite things about Philly, super legit and delicious Canolis! I get the chocolate dipped Canoli with Nutella filling and its out of this world awesome. Staff is super friendly, there are other items you can purchase, like Canoli shells, cookies, gelato, and drinks. It’s a must have, especially after a delicious cheesesteak!

The BEST Italian sweets in philly. I’ve been to all the famous places in philly but Café Crema is where it’s at people. Skip Isgros, horrible service, Termini bros doesn’t even compare to Café Crema’s sweets. I’ll be back again and again and again!

Brightly colored gelato is ALWAYS a bad sign. Passed on the hot chocolate as it was $ 6. Cannoli was okay but not mind blowing. Lots of patrons coming in to sit and eat their cheesesteaks. I can see how that business model works for Garage but not here. I ordered tea and their tea box was half empty. Meh.

You know, I hadn’t had a real cannoli before I had one here. I’d always had them pre-prepared, typically in a Las Vegas buffet. Oh what a difference an Italian makes. Found in the heart of the Italian market, Café Crema is home to a cannoli and gelato shop. Eager customers walk into this small café to select a cannoli shell: dipped in chocolate, drizzled in peanut butter — dipped in peanut butter, drizzled in chocolate — dipped in dark chocolate on one end, white on the other. It’s hard to go wrong, no matter what you choose. What makes it so great? The filling: ricotta cheese creamy sweet goodness. I can’t even describe it, except you’ll be licking it off your fingers and the table. One caveat: *I wish I could order a mini cannoli in LESS than groups of 6.

Amazingly fresh, delicious hand crafted gelato! I absolutely love gelato. It is a cousin of ice cream(with a lower fat content) lighter, smoother, and more rich tasting, with a richer palette of flavors more refined. The chocolate is chocolater, the vanilla has more bean, the strawberry had pieces of berry in it. Café Crema had a dense and creamy coconut gelato I mixed with fresh, tangy lemon and a sweet, refreshing melon. ABSOLUTELYDELICIOUS! A handsome Italian gentleman was hand making the flavors as well. How can you beat that!!! Oh, did I mention chocolate dipped pizzelles and cheese cannolis? Yum. But, the gelato is not to be missed.

I LOVE their cannoli, it’s truly to die for. It isn’t sweet, which is critical with these delightful deserts. They make their own shell, and they come in a huge variety of tastes. Peanut butter, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, every nut you can think of. They only do cannoli, and it comes out in their masterful cannoli. Don’t miss this spot. It’s heaven.

Really nice little place. We didn’t try the specialty chocolate, opting for espressos & cappuccinos instead. They were nicely done. I had a chocolate dipped cannoli, my guy had a regular. I prefer my filling a wee bit thicker. However, they were good. I swear we all gained 10 lbs this weekend with all the food.

This place is such a cute café. I totally enjoyed coming here, located right next to the famous cheesesteak sandwich spots, this gem of a café specializes in cannolis. And they are AMAZING cannolis. The espresso shot woke me up too. Can’t wait to come back here.

Come back again in a cold winter afternoon. I had the coffee this time. Tell you the true, I’m not a coffee drinker but love the coffee here.

What an amazing little shop to stumble upon. I came here with two friends from out of town(both wanted to go to Pats… thankfully they didn’t have cash). So as we wandered home we passed Café Crema and stopped in because I love cannolis. I didn’t actually get a cannoli because I was too awestruck by the hot chocolate options. There is a shelf dedicated to types of chocolate that you can melt down and add to your hot chocolate. I added«birthday cake» and«strawberry shortcake». It created a DELICIOUS melt of rich, chocolaty, goodness. It came up to $ 6, and when the cashier offered $.25 whip cream I said no thank you, and then he added it anyway, no charge. My friend did end up getting three mini cannolis, original, and they were amazing. It would be easy to get diabetes here.

Café Crema is great! They have delicious cannolis with shells imported from Italy! The cannoli sizes range from tiny(which you can buy by the dozen or so) to an absolutely huge shell that no less than 3 people could hope to finish off. The chocolate-dipped shell dusted in pistachios is my fav. They also have teas and coffee. They make a variety of hot chocolates, using pieces of chocolate bars of different flavors. I was so glad to discover this place!

I accidentally stumbled upon this cannoli shop after looking for a bathroom. Although I never had a cannoli that I liked let alone finishing a whole cannoli, I felt compelled to order something since I used their bathroom, so I ordered the pistachio cannoli with half Nutella and half traditional cream. It was surprisingly good, it wasn’t too sweet and it wasn’t too bland either. The place was clean and the staff were helpful on what to order and they were welcoming as well. The only drawback is that it is quite pricey around $ 6.50 for one cannoli.

I normally don’t eat these but damn– the filling is so rich! You can choose from a mini cannoli or a regular sized one(or even I giant cannoli that holds about a lb of cream, but you might die eating that one). You get to choose between different types of cannoli flavors but there are 3 choices of filling: traditional, Nutella & strawberry. All are very, very, VERY rich. So if you just want to try it, get 1 mini and then go from there!

If you are craving a sweet, packed to the brim cannoli, this is the spot. They have various combinations, I went with a peanut butter with a Nutella filling. I about died eating this thing it was so good. They also had hot chocolate of various flavor combinations and coffee, but I did not try those. The cost to value is on point, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend you give this business a try.

Holy cannoli! I actually had never had this sweet dessert ever before visiting Café Crema in Philly. I ordered the dark chocolate and pistachio cannoli with nutella filling. It was chocolate on steroids. I enjoyed it but it was super rich… I probably should have stuck with something more authentic and original for my first cannoli. Needless to say, the pistachio/nutella combo was very yummy. I also tried the marshmallow hot chocolate from the hot chocolate bar. Wasn’t the best hot chocolate I’ve had, but it was above average.

Wanted something sweet after dinner at Geno’s and Pat’s cheesesteaks and came across this Cannoli joint called Café Crema. They have different types of Cannoli filling such as: Nutella, pumpkin, and Traditional. They also have different types of Cannoli shells and sizes. I had gotten a chocolate dipped and sprinkled with pistachios Cannoli shell with Nutella, which was recommended by the owner. It was really good! Everything homemade. They also sell Gelato and have a few different selections in either a cup or cone. My boyfriend had gotten the pistachio Gelato and vanilla bean on a cone. Which was pretty Interesting, it got my taste buds inspired.

I stumbled upon this little shop just exploring Passyunk Square. It was hot out and I wanted some gelato. I didn’t notice it was a cannoli shop at first. The staff were all super friendly and nice. They suggested the gelato cannoli. You can pick the cannoli and then two scoops of gelato of your choice. I got the black and white cannoli with strawberry and mint gelato. It was super refreshing for a hot summer day. I also went back on National Cannoli Day and had a cream cannoli in the chocolate-pistachio dipping. The cream was so good. Also, I got a free mini cannoli because of the holiday. The menu is pretty pricey, but it’s worth a try once or twice. I know one staff member said that they get shipment of authentic cannoli from Italy. Who knows?

Decided to try somewhere new tonight since my fiancé wanted to get coffee. I originally wanted to go to RIM, but, my babe didn’t want a hot drink as they didn’t serve otherwise. Turns out this is their sister café. A chai latte, a vanilla iced coffee, and a large cannoli cost a little over $ 13 which is semi-pricy, but, the quality was def worth it. Staff was great and the atmosphere is relaxing. Looking forward to a return.

I’ve been here a few times, mainly due to the location of the place. This place I believe used to be a yogurt shop. I’ve gotten coffee and cannolis here so that’s all I can write about. The actual cannoli is good but the crème could be better, it’s nothing to rave over but I enjoy it. The coffee is average but everything seems to be made to order there. The employees are very nice and professional. Their is seating in this place and a bathroom which is clean. The one thing that annoys me is that every time I go in there they always ask me if I want hot chocolate. I know they are running a business but just bothers me a little bit. They have other drinks to choose from(typical coffee shop items). There’s also a television mounted on the wall which is cool. Overall this place is nice for a dessert but there are others in the area if you get curious. I will come back here because it’s laid back and close to where I reside.
