I love this studio. It is very clean and well maintained. As a newbie, I like their small group session, usually 3 – 4 ppl max. I took Jeff and Jody classes both. I like them both equally however I will stick with Jody since I feel more comfortable with female instructors when I work out and I am not a morning person, think Jeff teaches morning and evening classes. So far took only two classes with Jody, extremely happy with it. She is very knowledgeable and pays attention to each students. I have tensed shoulder and its been my issue awhile, today she corrected it and I feel so much better. Excited to go back to studio again.

I found the perfect Pilates instructors in Jeff and Jody. They have different styles and backgrounds, which is why they provide me with a COMPLETE workout every week, in group or private sessions, including strength, stretching, pain relief and balance. They are attentive, professional, engaged and competent. They CUSTOMIZE the sessions to you, and to «you-that-day» as well! Unlike other places, they never practice«cookie cutter» routines that have little to do with the uniqueness of your mood and your body. The studio of CenterSpace on Walnut street is a beautiful, lively and peaceful space, with all the apparatus you can dream off while practicing REAL Pilates.

I have studied Pilates for a long time — but recently(January 2008) started working with Jeff Prall, who is a great Pilates instructor. He works out of a spacious studio on 13th& Locust. The studio is owned by Karen Carlson — also a great instructor. The studio has nice equipment — 3 reformers, 2 cadillacs, 2 chairs(No towers — they use the low cadillac as a tower) and 4 elevated mats for mat work. There is a men’s room and a ladies room for changing. There is also a lady who practices the Alexander Technique onsite. Jeff is a great trainer and I enjoy working with him.
