Where to start? This has got to be the most poorly managed property in the city. They do no screening of tenants whatsoever. The noise is deafening in the apartments and you can hear every word your neighbor is saying. The elevators and lobby are a mess. Mail and packages are stolen. There is no security whatsoever. The locked security gate is constantly left open or broken and management does nothing about it. Bikes are locked up in doorways and you have to climb over them to get into the building. A disaster.
