Ok. I have lived here for three years since their opening in 2013. I have experienced numerous time of elevator out of service. Please remember, 18 floors people rely on just THREE elevators. So every time one is broken, the other two are simply too crowded to use.
Next, currently I am living in townhouse. I can’t control the heat or cold in my room and the temp range was fixed! I can’t change the temp as I want in my room.
Most horrible thing is, I have been complaining about occasionally no hot water issue since AUGUST, 2015. Nothing changes until today, January 28, 2016. Occasionally, i have to take a shower in COLD WATER. Outside, it is currently around 30 degrees.
