Horrible service. My glasses broke and since I had warranty I thought it would be easy to fix. I dropped them off week 1. They called and told me I had to drop off $ 60 for shipping. So I did. They told me it would take about a week. Week 2 came and went, so I called them to find out what the hold up was. They said they had to order the pieces from Italy and it would take THREE weeks. Coming up on the 4th week(Week 6), no one calls me or notifies me of any updates. I call and leave a voicemail. No one calls me back. Today, about 3 days short of the 5th week(week 7), I call the manager and he goes into a whole song and dance about how the piece that came in was the wrong fit and he thought someone from his shop called and told me. Out of frustration, I ask him what my lense prescription was. He quickly offers to cut me new lenses and frame at no charge. I ask him again what my prescription was and then he tells me his notes say that I asked for no presciption. It makes no sense for me to go to the Eye doctors to see if I need glasses and to walk out with glasses I dont need. Long Story short, I paid $ 300 to find out I dont need glasses and that Classic Optical robbed me of my time and money. This is what i get for trying to give business to a little mom and pop shop. Im never going back and I recommend this shop to no one.
