Corfu Pizza

Was one of the best pizza shops I know. Ut Lately they haven’t been as proficient. And it’s not just me, several people I know asked me have I noticed anything different about Corfu. Oders are consistantly inaccurate upon delivery and the attitude one of the young ladies who take orders over the phone is just horrible. You can hear them arguing over orders in the background and have to hold several times before completing your order. The delivery time is inconsistent and hot and cold foods are mixed, warm salad yuck… pizza still good because the owner still makes them but cold by the time it arrives. If in their neighborhood go in and order.

Just got a delivery, it was very fast. I ordered a cheesesteak and it was perfect and the fries were also. I’d order again

Try the pepperoni and bacon pizza, OMG! I’ve been eating Corfus my whole life and they have yet to let me down. Stromboli’s and cheese fries are really good also.

I usually get delivery from Corfu but I have gone there on occasion. It’s kind of greasy but you can count on great a sandwich. My favorite is the chicken cheese steak.

Sliced or Chopped
When it comes to cheese steaks I honestly don’t prefer one over the other. If it’s good I like it. That said, all of the bad cheese steaks I’ve ever had have all been chopped and I can’t say that I’ve ever had a bad sliced… Corfu is chopped.
I didn’t mind the run down nature of this shop. While ordering I saw some cheese fries come out of the pizza oven that looked amazing. The staff was friendly. But my cheese steak was lifeless and I wished I had gone somewhere else a few bites in. The roll was fresh and doughy and begging for a little grease that never came. The meat was overly seasoned with black pepper and cheese was visible but not tasted. Worse part was that some how from the grill to my table it got cold. How does that happen?
In short, I felt like I drove 15 minutes to eat a leftover cheese steak.
