I came to Desumma and Wexler at the beginning of this year to start the process of creating a custom engagement ring for my girlfriend. The service was unparalleled. Michael was diligent and patient and answered all of my questions and was a joy to talk to. The best thing is he was real with me and did not try to sell me on anything. I felt like we worked together to create the best possible ring for my now fiancée and he worked with my vision and gave me an amazing final product. I look forward to working with D&W in the future.

My husband and I went here to look for my engagement ring after numerous friends recommended it. From day 1, Mike and all the staff have been wonderful and so helpful! From cleaning to re-​sizing, they are so accommodating. We continue to recommend them to family and friends, most recently my brother who had an equally great experience. He was overwhelmed prior to looking but Mike helped him narrow it down to the perfect ring!

I have purchased an engagement ring and now wedding bands from Desumma & Wexler. Have nothing but good things to say about the company and the staff. Incredibly helpful during the engagement ring process and my fiancée gets nothing but compliments on the unique design of her ring and clarity of her diamond. I recently purchased our wedding bands and again, had a wonderful experience. Desumma & Wexler understand the value of customer service and are in business to earn lifelong customers. They do this by working within your budget, providing endless amounts of customization to tailor your piece to your specific needs, and providing timely turnaround on their work. These guys provide a refreshing buying experience and I couldn’t recommend enough.

I couldn’t be more in love with my engagement ring! My fiancé (with a few pics cleverly sourced by my sister) worked with Michael to make it and it is absolutely stunning. The look and feel is perfect — feminine, delicate, so sparkly, a gorgeous diamond. The wedding Ring shopping trip was also so easy and fun. Michael was so helpful and not pushy in the slightest. We tried on tons of styles and he had great advice on what looked good on each of us –it was never about a price and just about what we each liked and fit with our tastes. We had a great experience. I even had another ring fixed while I was in there! Two opals had been missing for ages and I hadn’t gotten them replaced because the few places I tried were so pricey. Michael did it quickly and really affordably… and the ring came back shinier than ever!

Excellent customer service. Highly recommended! My fiancé bought my engagement ring here, and had such a great experience that we went back for our wedding rings! Great and easy experience picking out our wedding bands. Ron made us feel at ease, completely, with our purchase and the whole process. My fiancé and I went in to shop around and left purchasing our bands. Very happy with how everything went and can’t wait until our bands are ready!

In true lazy couple fashion, me and my wife forgot to get rings until six days before our flight home to get married. Not only did they take care of us with flawless service, they had the rings ready and fitted for us before the day of our flight. Moreover, they don’t push the wrong product on you or any services you don’t want. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

My husband and I really like this place. The jewelers here are not pushy and are really interested in gaining clients and repeat business.
We got our wedding bands here, and have returned once again to have some pieces altered and repurposed.
