I have to bump this review to a full 5-​star rating after my last amazing experience!
I placed my order with delivery to a business address. Being in NYC, FedEx Ground will get to me next day from Philly. However, their shipping department had my order sent out on a Friday, which means it would have been received at my office on Saturday — or held at a FedEx center until Monday — and been ruined, as all of the contents were perishables.
I called DiBruno immediately. Without one minute bit of hesitation, the rep told me they would have the package intercepted and returned to them. They would them ship out a completely new order on Monday. No extra charge to me.
Everything arrived precisely as ordered, and very soundly protected and cooled to ensure freshness.
Really can’t beat that kind of service when paired with their excellent prices!
