Wonderful experience! If you are looking for first class treatment, this is the salon. Joy is such a joy. She takes you through a hair consultation before she starts any process on you. She takes the time to learn about the customers needs and goals before any process is started. Once she gets an idea of what you want and offers her suggestions of what would be best for you, the transformation process begins.
Her staff is very attentive and does an amazing job of making sure all of the customers needs are met. Constantly checking on them and advising them on the processes as they are performed (i.e. dying, highlighting, styling, etc…). If you have any questions don’t be afraid to ask.
