Had to argue about the price because what the sign said was not what the computer said. That was taken care of, but the pizza was easily the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I accept that pizza is often very greasy, but this was so greasy the pieces were literally falling apart. Everything was so soggy and gross. Even for domino’s, this was terrible.

Horrible. Don’t know why I let my son talk me into Domino’s instead of a real pizza place.

I’ve been to the renovated store to pickup a Mediterranean veggie sandwich order. First of all, any expectation you may have of finding parking in this area is seriously mistaken. Walk, order delivery, or fire up your oven! Dining area: I didn’t see the inside prior to the renovations, but it was clean and orderly during my visit – nothing to write home about. The sandwich, on the other hand, was a disappointment. Compared to the sandwich quality I got at the Art Museum location, I felt this store had really skimped on the ingredients. Craving another sandwich today, I made an order for delivery. I used the online ordering feature through the Unilocal app, which was quick and painless. The app comes with a nifty little tracker that shows the progress from ordering to delivery. It took about 15 from the time I placed the order for the tracking app to show that the delivery guy left the store with my order. Since, I’m just down the street(translation: four city blocks) from this place, I put on my shoes and step outside at 10 minutes after the guy leaves the store. Please explain to me why I’m still standing at the front door 35 minutes after the guy leaves the store, waiting for him to arrive? I guess the guy senses me asking this question because he then calls me to say that he’s on 46th street. I ask him if he’s lost, because it shouldn’t take him 30 minutes to drive a block. He informs me that he just left the store and would be at my place in 5 minutes – the same amount of time it would take to drive to my house directly the store, in normal 4pm traffic. He arrives and proceeds to give me a lecture about how he’s not late because he just left the store. Further, he tells me that I have no evidence that he’s late unless I spoke to someone at the store(his tone and condescension… such a perfect setup). So, I pull out my handy tracker, which documented the supposed time he left with a timestamp(no evidence my ass; thanks Dominoes!). His new explanation? That he had to stop to fillup on gas, then he had to stop to take care of some other car issues(all in the four blocks between the store and my house), but that the tracker is inaccurate and I should pay attention to the time it gives. Riiiight. A minute ago I had no evidence, but now you’ve got more excuses than pregnant nun! Verdict: the food was really good, perfectly seasoned, perfectly baked, all portions were accounted for, and no skimped ingredients this time. Even better, the ingredients actually tasted fresh. Unfortunately, if I have to get delivery, I am highly unlikely to order here again. My advice is to(1) order online to avoid any confusions with getting the items you want, and(2) pickup the order to avoid the ridiculously extended wait times(and lies) to have your order delivered… that is, pickup on foot!

After 19 minutes of kindly attempting to navigate a dominos delivery driver to a concise address on the phone, my 16 year old child terminated the call intending to contact the store to cancel the order. The driver texted my child saying «y did u hang up on me dumb shit?» OMG! How egregious and unprofessional! You harass and verbally assault my innocent child??? You lose your job and get publicly shamed on social media! Dominos — - train your people not to bully your customers! The guy’s cell phone number is 267−295−0654. Feel free to text him and tell him that bullying anyone, let alone teenage girls is NOTOK— and btw– my daughter isn’t a «Dump Ass!» She is an Ivy League caliber student… The only dumb ass is a the delivery driver who lashed out because he can’t figure out his GPS! And the store manager who identified himself as «Carl Valentine» when I called to complain about this driver? He was rude, refused to direct me to the appropriate channel to file a corporate complaint, AND refused to give me his superior’s name! He even refused to tell me where I could email a screen shot of the text message his heinous delivery driver sent to my child! And THEN??? HEHUNGUPONME! SO I POSTEDTHETEXT,(PHONENUMBERANDALL) ON Unilocal!

The worst. Was at work late one night and ordered a pizza to the office in university city, as I was super hungry and figured, hey, how long can Domino’s take? Turns out it took over an hour for my pizza to arrive after the online notification said it would only be 10 minutes. Of note, my office is in a major building and not hard to find. I know for a fact that people have had Domino’s delivered there. But for some reason, the delivery boy thought that honking his car from across the street so I could come to him in the freezing cold was perfectly fine, and then when I told him that delivery means that he comes to my door, he says that if that’s what I want, I should come to the store and get my own food. Really? In what world does that argument make any sort of sense? Not to mention that I’m now stuck at my office with a cold greasy pizza and only a microwave to reheat it in. I begrudgingly ate two slices and the rest went in the garbage. I put in a complaint to a sympathetic sounding person on the phone at the Uni City location who promised that there would be some sort of refund or future free pizza to make things better, and I put in a complaint online… Now, 3 months later, I’ve heard nothing. Never mind Domino’s, I don’t want your crappy pizza or service ever again, even if it’s free.

I ordered the pizza and waited two hours for it, never received it. I called them after waiting an hour and the man who answered told me the delivery guy is stuck in traffic and that he will be here in 5 – 10 minutes and then 30 minutes later I called again and I got the same excuse. After that, I called again and canceled. Don’t order delivery. The food quality is not bad, but the service is very below average.

Worth it if you’re living in or passing through the west University City/Cedar Park area and you get the 7.99 handmade pan pizza deal. I did notice towards the end of my time in Philly(April-May 2014) that they were skimping on the quality of the ingredients of the handmade pan pizza as compared to the year before, but that might only be because it’s no longer a smart business decision to sell this relatively higher quality pizza at such a low price. Only had problems a few times here with delivery men taking forever or giving me the wrong pizza(once) but they compensated me every time. Also, their online ordering service/pizza tracker makes it really easy to know what’s happening with your order and pay by card ahead of time.

I’ve only ever done delivery and have never had problems. Food gets here within 30ish minutes every time I order. Drivers are always polite even when I(accidentally) made one wait while I was a block away. Food is your typical domino’s, nothing special but nothing bad about it. I usually stick to the 5.99 deal and have never had a problem with the food. Tip: Order online and get free delivery by signing up for shoprunner(usually there are times you can sign up for free!), saving you the $ 2 delivery fee.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at restaurant, ever. First they took 20 minutes to make a pizza the cashier claimed they«accidentally» gave away to another customer. After another 20 minutes with no notice, I had to go up and ask for my pizza which had been waiting for me. In the duration of those 40 minutes, I saw the cashier, manager, and the other employees ignore their customers for 5 – 10 minutes each, all of them ultimately walking out after not being addressed. The best one was when too ladies walked in and basically yelled for assistance in response to which the manager replied with an attitude«you have to wait!». They walked out with grace but I went back and complained to their only good employee about this and my overall horrible experience. Granted their pizza wasn’t bad but ultimately it’s not worth the utterly horrendous service and by the looks of the other reviews it seems that I got lucky this and the last time I got my food. I would definitely not recommend this place and I will now be going to the one in center city. I’m going to go call corporate now and make sure that either they are heavily disciplined or just straight up fired, especially the manager.

This place is awful. I literally can see dominos from my house aka I’m a block away and it took 1hr to deliver. When I called about my order they laughed and said it would be there. Worst pizza place ever. To make it worse, after an hr I finally got my pizza. However they gave me a 20z instead of a 2liter, the one pizza was on the box lid and the other had no toppings that was ordered and paid extra for. When called about it I was told I that«mistakes happen» and could get another order but it would take another hour or get a free pizza next time. No refunds. The manager also proceeded to tell me that their online service isn’t accurate. Wtf sooo u can’t make pizza, u can’t deliver it, and ur website doesn’t work?

Can I give 0 stars to these people? I am just giving 1 star because I loved their thin crust pizza and choco lava cake. I ordered from this store a couple of times. They were on time on delivery and the pizza was hot and also I loved their website to track our orders. And now comes the bad part. I order a pizza and a pasta bowl at 10pm on a Saturday night. I got it by 11:20pm and the pizza was ice cold. The pasta bowl was burnt and it was half in quantity. How ignorant and careless can you be to deliver a burnt bowl of pasta! At the least you could have changed the bowl. I call them up and you hear the rudest lady you have ever spoken to. She says«it’s Saturday night and it’s busy. And that is how our pasta is «. Oh yeah! I didn’t know that. Please do not take orders if you can’t handle. We are paying for it and not getting it for free. She was not ready to talk to me and she passed on the phone to a gentlemen and he told that we will be getting the full order for free again the next time we order. After 3 days I call up to place the order and asked for the store manager. And yet again! It’s the same lady again. She says«I can’t give you the whole order again. I can only give you one pizza.» She also told it was a driver who spoke the other day. Why would you transfer the call to a driver when you are the store manager yourself. How ridiculous! But finally, I got a pizza which was half-cooked and raw. Terrible! Well. Enough said. I would not order from this store ever again and I would not recommend anyone to do so.

I’ve ordered from here 3 times since they opened and they got my order wrong each time! After the first time they messed up my order, they gave me a free order of bread sticks for my next order. The following time, they said the same. The third time, they forgot to bring me half my order, even though I had already paid for it, and the driver said he’d come back to give me the rest. An hour goes by and he’s still not back so I call in and they said they’ll give me another free order of bread sticks for my next order. I said«no, is your manager around? I would like to speak to them.» She says, «yes, she’s right here, hold on.» A couple of minutes later she picks back up and says«oh, the manager stepped and will call you back.» NEVER received a call back. Additionally, each of these times I have ordered from there, the employees were not friendly when ordering, nor were they apologetic when they got my orders wrong. Needless to say, NEVER ordering from there ever again. Worst service I have ever experienced!

I was hankering for pan pizza as I am from Chicago and actually love pan and deep dish pizza. I also have had Domino’s dating back to my college years, so, it seems appropriate to bring a chain to University City neighborhood. I placed my order online at 5:20 pm and you could track your order. I was doing laundry and went to get my laundry and fold it before pizza delivery. The tracking said status«delivered» so I hurried and called Domino’s to inform them«no delivery yet». The person who I spoke to said«give it five minutes». I did. Still no delivery. my blood sugar levels were dropping. I called back, this time another person asked me the number. I gave it to them. Apparently, the last digit was entered incorrectly. They said the delivery would be there ASAP. 20 minutes had passed and still nothing. So as I am speaking to Dominio’s to cancel order, the other line rings. I hang up and speedily answer the other line. Delivery guy said” Downstairs” So, I go to lobby and open security door, no one is standing there. I believe he was at the wrong address to begin with. My instructions told the driver to dial apartment number in call box. The call box rings apartment. So, Domino’s had this info plus email so they could have contacted me to correct phone number. I used a credit card and he didn’t have a receipt for me to sign or give. Food, of course, was cold on arrival. A 2 topping pan pizza and boneless chicken wings. Cold, they tasted so-so. i was too hungry to re-heat. Re-heated this morning: Pizza is actually tasty. I like the crust and I can taste the sauce. Chicken wings were eaten up for dinner. So, I’d give the food 3 and a half stars, but because this was such a drama for delivery, I can safely give a 2 star overall rating. So, in the future, if I want a pizza delivered, I will go with my several other choices Mom and Pop operations. Maybe, just maybe, I will give them another chance and pick up order. It seemed that they did prepare fairly quickly.

There is something about Domino’s that is addictive. It’s not the best pizza, in fact far from it. But it tastes good in a not your run of the mill pizza sort of way. I do like that they often have deals. And, from my experience, they seem pretty consistent. It’s not like you go to one and get something entirely different. Quite the contrary. This location is fairly new. The service was good, but I could tell they have not thought everything out. They had no paper plates, which is shocking for a pizza place. They had no knives, which was less shocking, but something I would expect. The place was clean and there was plenty of seating. All and in all, it was okay and mostly what I expect from a Domino’s pizza joint.

Ordered the Tuesday special BOGO large pizza at menu price and the sweet mango habenero hot wings tonight. Was able to track the order from start to finish and it came at the tail end of the estimated delivery time. Overall, the wings and the hawaiian pizza were pretty good, but the deluxe pizza didn’t do it for us. This location recently opened and will definitely be competing for our allegiance against the local papa johns. Only time will tell…
