They just gave me a MOLDY bread for my ham and cheese sandwich. They were nice enough to apologize and change it. No pic of it coz they quickly grabbed my bread when i showed them. But It is so impossible for them not to notice the molds all over the bread when they prepared it. You cannot let people get sick. I had 2 bites so dunkin donuts better pray i dont get sick coz it will be costly on your end.

I don’t get the hype over Dunkin’ Donuts. We just got one in Reno and since it’s in a busy, convoluted shopping center, I was pretty convinced I would never go out of my way for a donut. While on a trip to Philly, I had to try Dunkin’ Donuts. This decision sealed their fate. Can someone please explain to me the appeal of this place? I just don’t get it. First, the donut tasted no better than any of the donuts I’ve gotten at 7 – 11. Dunkin’ Donuts is supposed to excel at donuts. When the word is part of your name, you better knock it out of the park with what you represent being good at. They didn’t even hit the ball with this donut. It did not blow my mind. Next, I’ve always heard Dunkin’ Donuts could do coffee. Based on my experience here, they don’t even know what coffee is. I ordered an iced latte with cream and sugar. The sugar didn’t dissolve, and every time I took a sip, there was sugar grit in my mouth. Just to clarify, they put together my drink entirely. I can barely boil water, but I can get sugar to dissolve in my coffee. How does that even happen? Also, the coffee was super weak. I’m pretty convinced all I got was sugar milk. Last, the customer service here was subpar at best. Maybe it’s a big city thing, but the people working here were RUDE, and could barely utter a «hello». I was bummed one of my first experiences in Philadelphia was at this unwelcoming disappointment. In closing, I will only try Dunkin’ Donuts in Reno if someone drags me, and I’m in the area. I’ll stick to local chains and grocery store bakeries.

I do not typically eat at Dunkin Donuts, but was pleasantly surprised by this one. Both of the employees behind the counter were as courteous and helpful as any fast food place employees/owners anywhere. Also, I tried the chicken biscuit and had a donut. Surprisingly, the biscuit, while a bit small, was quite tasty. The donut that I got, could have been fresher, but I will give them a pass since it was an icy Sunday morning. It is a little difficult to see this location, but it is just past Wendy’s on Chestnut.

I am absolutely shocked at the number of positive reviews of this Dunkin. Upon walking in yesterday morning for some breakfast on my way to jury duty, my first thought was«holy shit, this was a mistake.» The line for this DD was out the door. There were people everywhere, at every counter. It was madness. When it was my turn to order, I asked for tea, and was given coffee. I also ordered a bagel and when I opened the bag what I saw was the most«toasted» bagel I’ve ever seen(except for the ones I make in my own house and mistakenly overcook). It was hard as a rock and I ended up throwing half of it away. For me, this is an establishment I will not be returning to.

Sometimes you just want a bagel with all the delish creamcheese or a order of hashbrowns or maybe even a donut(it is Dunkin Donuts after all). I have to be honest I am not a huge Dunkin Donuts fan. I like my espresso & my strong coffee drinks. This place is good when your looking for good olé comfort coffee & breakfast you can trust. At Dunkin Donuts you kinda know what your getting… This place is efficient & you can depend on the service. You should have an idea with what your ordering before, you walk in here otherwise if its crowded you might get barked at. Its all good though… If your from Philly or a major city you know not to take it to personal. At times there are bums that hang out outside and ask for change or food which of course can get quite annoying !

I love this Dunkin because they know how to make a caramel iced coffee taste good. I think its because of their technique of shaking the drink to mix up the caramel. The place loses a star because I saw that the employee used the same hand he grabbed my credit card with(he had a plastic glove on this hand) to close the straw hole opening to shake my drink up. The plastic glove basically defeats its purpose if he’s going to use that hand to touch everything. I’m not sure if that would pass a sanitation inspection…

So yeah… I’m reviewing ANOTHER Dunkin Donuts location but what can I say? I went here. I enjoyed it. I’m Unilocaling it Beside the Marriott & across the street from City Hall. this location is busy, busy, busy. But they’re also super efficient AND they remembered my order after having been there only once & then again 2 days later(as I had found a closer spot to our hotel) IMPRESSIVE! Fab coffee drinkys — you wanna get them to mix it w/sugar & milk. It was hot & creamy & utter perfection. Ensuing giggles of glee after 1st taste had my travelmates laughing at me But I don’t care… that coffee is totally worth it! This spot also seems to be a locals spot for breakfast — the guy behind the counter was calling out people’s orders all over the place & joking around w/the customers about running out of their fav sandwich(he was kidding). Lots of laughs & a nice friendly way to start the morning!

I am not a big DD fan — but the coffee is fine. I don’t eat the donuts(which are not freshly baked — and usually taste stale to me) and NEVER eat the 400PLUS calorie breakfast grease-wiches. It’s a good place to get a Vanilla Iced Decaf or a quick cup of joe when it’s cold out. But that’s all.
