There is nothing actually wrong with this Dunkin Donuts. In fact I have found the employees to be much more cheerful and friendly than at many other locations. You can’t hold it against this place that it’s next to a methadone clinic, nor hold it against some of their customers that they are «bums.» They are human beings who are also entitled to patronize a substandard coffee shop. Go to the Starbucks two blocks down Broad if you hold so much against those down on their luck.

This place is a pretty standard Dunkin Donuts… but it just doesn’t have much going for it as far as ambiance, customers, or customer service.
It’s right along Broad Street near the Snyder stop, and right in front of a drug rehab facility. There are constantly lots of homeless and beggars standing at the front door of this Dunkin, so that’s an instant turnoff.
My visit here didn’t leave me wanting to return any time soon. Customer service is lacking, and the place wasn’t entirely spotless. But the coffee and donuts are exactly as you’d expect. Fresh and tasty and cheap.

Friendly service but this place tends to be a hangout for bums. Coffee is just ok. Nothing compared to Starbucks.
