We just can’t say enough about Dwyer.
Our heater was short cycling and presented a real challenge to fix. Dwyer came out multiple times, working with Carrier on a solution, and did not charge us for the additional visits. We found all of their servicemen to be friendly and professional. They were an absolute pleasure to do business with and we will use them exclusively in the future for all of our heating and cooling needs

Winter night, 20 deg. out, you’ve got a cold, come home to dead furnace… Called Dwyer’s, next AM;25 minutes later, friendly tech is here, pets my dog, checks things, has the part, installs it at fair price («don’t pay us now-we’ll bill you»), really…

Had Dwyer out the other day for a problem with our combi boiler. The tech was on time (within a two hour service window) and got straight to work. The tech was extremely helpful, answering all of my ridiculous questions and giving me a crash course on how to properly operate my boiler while repairing a failing valve. Great service, very knowledgable/helpful, and very prompt.

We just started using this company for our a/c maintenance at my workplace. After waiting forever for another company to give us a quote, I called these guys. They were responsive, attentive and reasonable. They just came by to do what will be our annual maintenance. The employees they sent were on time, informative and thorough. They addressed and fixed an issue we were having along with all of the other maintenance. So happy to have found this company!

If you’re looking for somebody to fix your AC in Chestnut Hill, use Dwyer. Quick service, fixed the problem and even provided some recommendations on maintenance to prevent from having to call to them for service.

I’ve been a Dwyer customer since 2000. I have an oil budget account with them and an annual service contract. The receptionist is ALWAYS courteous and prompt; and everyone employee who has come to either service or deliver has been the same. For twelve years! That’s pretty amazing in these times, and it’s one good reason for not switching to gas. I can’t imagine PGW providing this high level of responsiveness and civility.

Professional employees
I called, explained what I needed done, the receptionist explained different options for me, they came the next day, ON time (I was actually a few minutes late for the appointment and they were waiting for me), the gentleman who serviced my house was so nice: patient, explained everything to me and allowed me to ask questions!
I happily recommend Dwyer!
