Had my very first philly cheese steak, so of course had to come to Philly for it. Food was delicious, the people were helpful and friendly and I was very satisfied

Our sales rep wanted a pizza spot for his sales meeting so we ordered a bunch of pizzas, salads and drinks. Food was decent but unremarkable.
Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They gave me so much attitude for asking for a copy of the receipt so that I could get reimbursed. The first girl told me it could not be done. The next girl gave me a lot of attitude but eventually admitted they could send it but it took them several hours to get it to me…
I would not order from them ever again, considering how many choices there are in the area.

Pros: cheesesteaks are probably the best in philly, alongside the onion rings you can’t go wrong. Buffalo Chicken cheesesteaks are delicious and the meat is chunk not shredded which I prefer. Soft bread, and an abundance of meat is the perfect combo for a philly steak. Also the milkshakes are really good.
Cons: sadly to say the love that they put into the items that were mentioned in the pros, everything else is lacking. Buffalo wings and fries are not seasoned properly.
Conclusion: Even though El Greco’s doesn’t do much right, the cheesesteaks make up for it and will be one of the best you’ll ever have in your life.
