We used Electrical Wizardry to rewire an old house that was running mostly on knob tube wiring and some updated wiring. The work that was done was very professional. John made minimal small cuts into the walls that he also patched when done. Overall this was not an easy job on account of the age of the home and its construction. The work was completed within the estimated time and just below the estimated quote.

Someone from Electrical Wizardry just called me – two days after their scheduled appointment, for which they were no calls and no shows — to say that they didn’t have my number, which was why they didn’t call the other day. And yet they somehow had my number to call me today… When I told them we’d found different people to work with, the woman (apologies for not remembering her name) started talking over me, and then started yelling at me – I couldn’t even make out what she was saying — so I hung up. Super unprofessional from start to finish.
