What more can I say about Mark that hasn’t been said?! He’s pretty awesome! He was very patient with my very computer illiterate self, even when I didn’t remember passwords or passwords didn’t match; he remained extra helpful! He was I’m contact with me letting me know what was going on with my laptop. Very quick work too! I will recommend him to anyone I know with computer issues. Very reasonable with his pricing too!

This guy Mark did an awesome job on my laptop. He came out to my office and fixed my laptop for a reasonable fee. I will defy recommend him to everyone who has any computer problems. It’s nice to find someone local in north east Philly that comes out to repair your laptop.

The first time I met Mark D. of Evolution Tech he was working for someone else. He has now founded his own company and so I get to deal with him directly, which I really appreciate. Not only did he give me a really affordable and competitive price, he quickly fixed my laptop issue. He also taught me how to avoid certain pitfalls I’d been running into with my laptop (running slow) and patiently explained to me a few things that have really brought me to the next level as a computer user. I feel like now not only do I have a laptop that runs better and faster, but I understand it better myself and can use it better. And I feel like there’s a friendly person I can call whenever I have an issue that is too big for me to handle, and he will fix my computer and make it right. All without breaking the bank. Pretty badass, if you ask me, and I get to help support a local small business.
