Go to this location if you have plenty of time to spare! I’m not kidding I was almost late to work because I was in here! Great clothing at great prices, I love their weekends when they have half off clearance sales I get so many deals those weekends! I just wish they had actual Black Fri deals, prepare to come in here to «just browse» leaving feeling nauseated, having a headache and your wallet may possibly hurt because you just bought a bunch of stuff you most likely don’t need.

While this Forever 21 is HUGE, it is extremely messy and unorganized. I always come here feeling so determined to find tons of great items, but always leave with nothing because no two items are located on the same rack. Each rack has varying items of varying sizes, so if you find something you like and it’s not your size, chances are you won’t find it in your size. I always have such high hopes but leave empty handed.

If you’re significantly closer to Franklin Mills Mall than you are to Christiana Mall, I can understand heading there for Forever 21 shopping trips. I’m about in the middle, so I went to Franklin Mills this weekend after a friend raved about the size of the Forever 21 at this location. It is a big store, but I think Christiana, with two floors, may have it beat on size. It’s still massive though, which is great(if you have 3 hours to spend). The thing that bothered me the most was not the length of the line when I went to check out(probably about 20 yards, no exaggeration; there were only 3 clerks checking out and I saw few people on the sales floor, so I think it’s safe to say it was pretty understaffed for a Saturday at a big mall). It was the organization of the merchandise– the store was very messy and the racks were PACKED with clothes. It was very difficult to sort through everything without hangers falling off and clothes ending up all over the floor. I tried to be a good customer and help pick things up as I went along, but it was pretty difficult. My opinion is that they either need more racks to spread out their merch or just keep less of it in the store. Christiana also has it beat as far as organization. On the plus side, I wish I had taken note of the names of the employees who helped me, because they were great. The girl working in the dressing room was very helpful, directing me to where I could find specific items I had seen online(specifically the poodle sweater I’ll be wearing this Halloween for my costume as Rachel Berry from Glee). My cashier was also very nice and seemed pretty collected despite the hundreds of people that she had been helping all afternoon. Despite these positives, though, I think I’ll be returning to Christiana Mall for my Forever 21 shopping excursions from now on.

Decent collection of trendy women’s clothes but I hate all malls so 2 stars it is

I tend to usually gravitate to the F21 at Oxford Valley mall, but I do come to do this one when I’m in dire need of a cute shirt for a night out. Like others have said, it is HUGE. If you think you’re going to go in and get out, you’re sadly mistaken. It sucks you in, and then you find yourself 3 hours later carrying around a bunch of clothes that you don’t even like. And as another reviewer said, it gets SUPERPACKED on the weekends. I don’t even go near it then. The staff is okay, I think it matters who you stop to ask a question, some of them know nothing and some of them are super helpful. Of course, the clothes are priced well, but you get what you pay for. A few shirts have come apart a bit, and a few have held up pretty well. Really inspect what you want to buy before purchasing it, plus their return policy is strict. I give it 3 stars because it is my go-to place to find a specific article of clothing, but I also only give it 3 because I get easily lost and it’s not so organized.

Being that this is the only Forever 21 within city limits, how can I not be a fan? However, that doesn’t mean it’s flawless. Yes, the store is HUGE and carries pretty much all the F21 brands but it is a bit overwhelming. There’s a lack of proper signage to designate the different areas of the store — specifically, I’m thinking of the Forever 21+ line. There also doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to their layout, things are just wherever there was room. But the selection is great once you’ve centered yourself and figured your way around the store. The employees are super-helpful too! I saw a shirt in one section of the store, obviously in the wrong section. Two employees helped me find where it belonged so that I could find one in my size and they were friendly the whole time. This was on a Friday night nonetheless. So, until they decide to open up shop in Center City, I can make do with this F21.

O.M.G. this forever 21 is greater than every other forever 21 in PA that I’ve been too. It is HUGE and I mean bigger than a department store huge. There are SO many sections with different styles of clothing like they have on their website. Of course, some sections of the store are unorganized because who could really keep up with such a huge store that has hundreds of people coming in and out every few hours? You need at least 3 hours to truly shop here if you are a Forever 21 fan. I will complain about the small number of items you can bring in the dressing room at once. They need to up the number because you find more then 5 items. Can’t wait to go back! I heard that the Forever 21 in Las Vegas is even better… can’t wait to go there!!! BTW: I recommend going on weekday, not a weekend! Cause the mall gets crazy on the weekend!
