Great place to buy a watch. They have a nice selection (Diesel, Michael Kors, DKNY, and others), but most important is the outstanding customer service. I’ve bought several watches here, and aside from the fact that I occasionally have to ship watches to Dallas for repairs, the staff is always courteous, and willing to assist. I must give a special tip-​of-​the-​cap to the store manager, Jovita Moore. As considerate and knowledgeable as you could hope for. Awesome.

The Fossil outlet alone is worth making a trip to Franklin Mills. They have heavily discounted bags there that look every bit as nice as the ones you see full-​price in regular retail stores (at least to my untrained eye). I went there while they were having a sale, and I got a bag I love for around $ 25; I later saw one that was almost identical in another store that was selling for $ 89. They also sell watches, cute little jewelry boxes, and other such trinkets. Go there!
