Amazing! Beautiful! The bathroom is the best bathroom I have ever had the privilege to pee in. The heavy wood door and the side wall and door go all the way down to the floor. Oh the privacy! I only wish I had to poop.

Just attended a benefit event here and was blown away by how nice it was. Beautifully designed and had 2 large bars set up. Great event!

Fraternal Order of Police Lodge # 5 is the labor union for Philadelphia Police and Sheriffs Officers, providing a broad range of bargaining and social support services for officers both working and retired.
As part of their effort they have a nice size lounge for officers, families and friends at their Caroline Avenue facility. Additionally, they have a large banquet hall available for rental to outside organizations. It was in this capacity that I attended the Jefferson Dinner sponsored by the Bucks County Democratic Committee earlier this week. The hall was spacious with high ceilings and chandeliers. The food presented in buffet style was better than average for a mass feeding of about 300 people. We are not talking haute cuisine, but solid Italian American fare with Chicken Francaise, Baked Ham, Roast Beef options, as well as tasty Pasta and nice Caesar Salad. I ate well after listening to a few too many speeches from candidates in the up coming election. As this is not a political site, no need to discuss who and what was said.
If I had to organize a large event including dinner, drinks, dancing, and speaking in the Lower Bucks, Philadelphia region, I would certainly consider Lodge 5 as a good locale and forum. I was very satisfied with the over ambiance of the place, as well as the food.
Too, when tired of the windbags, you can slip into the large lounge and take a seat at the long bar for a quick round or two, surrounded by Philly’s Finest. Nice to have a drink feeling secure.
