Frontpoint Home Security

I have to say, I am impressed with the customer service with this company! I’m amazed!!! Any time I call, which is usually for small things, I get the most polite, responsive, knowledgable and helpful person on the phone! A+ company if you’re looking for a good security system and also looking for good customer service. I’ve been with them for a little under a year and I am very happy with this company!!!

I can’t recommend FrontPoint Security enough! The equipment offered is excellent and 100% dependable, their customer service second to none and secure, and the services and security equipment and packages are useful and expandable. Through my iPad, iPhone and any computer I can easily arm, disarm, view history, track events, know instantly when the power is out in my home when I’m away, and so on. I’m alerted when my son gets home and I’m alerted if he’s more than ½ hour late while I’m at work (all customizable in almost any way you can imagine). The security I feel, whether I’m at home or away, is exceptional. FrontPoint delivers and never fails. When my control panel reported a low battery (which has to be confirmed with tech support through testing from the panel), they immediately sent out a new one so that in case of a power outage, I wouldn’t have to worry about the low battery backup. My cleaning services has its own code, and I set alerts for when they come and go. If I wanted to I could even set up video cameras that are viewable from my devices and computers. I even set it so that if I forget to arm the system when I leave, I’ll get a text reminder! And if someone does break in and tries to destroy the control panel, I’ll be immediately contacted and the police will be dispatched, depending on how I chose to set it up. I even love the keyring fob that I use to arm and disarm while the key is in my front door as I exit or arrive. Or I’ll disarm from my iPhone as I approach the house, esp. if I have packages and don’t want the fuss of disarming with the fob or having to go straight to the control panel to disarm. We have had our system for over a year now and the only thing I would change is stepping up my service to video! We have customized text alerts sent to our phone and the peace of mind we get is priceless. We have different codes for our children and we can monitor when they get home from school, which door they came in… even if they mistakenly left the side door open! We were an ADT customer for 10 years before switching to FrontPoint. I would recommend them to anyone that is considering switching or a first time alarm. We couldn’t be happier.

After our home was robbed because our 30-​year old unmonitored wired system became flaky while we were on vacation, we looked for a modern solution. FrontPoint seemed to be the best choice: it was wireless (requiring no drilling), relatively inexpensive, and easily self-​installed. We bought only those components which we wanted, with the option of adding others later. We can monitor our home situation from our smartphones wherever we have internet access. We’re very happy with FrontPoint.
