I was born and raised in Philadelphia. I love soft pretzels and local businesses. But any place that thinks it’s okay to call a woman names that are not acceptable in polite society, 100% unprovoked, while she stands innocently with her 2-​year-​old will not get any more of my money and shouldn’t get yours either.

The delivery driver verbally abused a friend of mine outside their place of business on Frankford Ave. She was screamed at and called a «whore» and «retarded» over and over while holding her two year-​old… for apparently parking in the wrong place. (There are no «loading zone» or «no parking» signs”… as if that would even justify this kind of behavior.) There is no place for businesses like this in the Riverwards, I don’t care how long you’ve been here. Do not patronize them, get your pretzels elsewhere.

After getting a few referrals, decided to stop by and happy I did the freshest pretzel in Phillips so far. Better the Phillips pretzel factory. does not look like a store from outside but once you walk in you won’t be disappointed.
