Gembala Joseph A III

I have been having a very hard time finding someone to give me advice regarding Philadelphia business taxes. I found Joseph Gembala’s web page, which described him as a specialist in these matters.
So I gave the office a call and much to my (initial) delight I was able to speak with him. I explained my situation, that I was just looking for someone to answer some of my questions, etc.
So I started to talk to him but then after just a couple minutes apparently he got annoyed and/​or decided that it wasn’t worth his time to speak with me. All of a sudden he said «good luck to you» and hung up.
The least he could have done would be to say something like, «If you want to have a more extended discussion you’ll have to schedule a consultation,» or something to that effect. But apparently he’s just a jerk.
