Was seated in the chair right away. Waited for my pedicure to start for 45 minutes. My water got cold, i let it out myself, and filled the tub again with hot water. It got cold again… I am used to the sterile packs being opened for each client. Not the case here… Instruments come from a pile in the sterilizer without one knowing if it has been in for long enough to be sterile. Pedicure was ok, nothing special. Will never return to this shop.

Update — under new management. Long wait time, staff are very slow as well. I wont be back
I’ve been going to this nail salon since they’ve been in business. The owner and his wife are 2 of the most amazingly nice and hard working people. They are very personable and are very skilled when it comes to nails (and feet). They know their customers on a first name basis and the salon is very clean and stylish. The prices are extremely reasonable. I’ve received the same quality and service that I’ve paid double for at salons in Center City.
