I recently joined GoalsFits to help me train for my first marathon and so far I’m loving it! Whether you’re a beginner or hit a plateau, there is something for everyone at GoalsFit. My program is turning non runners into runners (!!!) and pushing the experienced runners to hit times they never thought possible. Check it out if you want to train for a race or you can opt for the boot camp or mommy and me classes. I’m telling ya, there’s something for everyone!

I did two boot camp sessions with Goals Fit, five weeks each. Though I wanted to kill all of the trainers on the first day, I kept going. After ten weeks I felt stronger, could do more push-​ups than ever in my life, and didn’t feel like my lungs would explode when running up hills. I still hate running up hills though. Classes were one hour, but always seemed to fly by. Kasey and the other trainers were very encouraging and helpful, not mean. If you’re looking to get fit for summer, or for life, I highly recommend the boot camps at Goals Fit.

I am getting married in September and need to get toned up for the big day. I have been training with Goals since April and have seen a big change. Kasey is truly an amazing trainer, she has a way of making the class fun and enjoyable. Great way to get fit

I started training with Kasey. She is honestly the nicest person I’ve met in years. She really cares about each and every client and she pushes you to do your best. She took a non-​runner and turned me into one.
