I’ve tried various meal delivery companies and programs and nothing compares to the delicious food and friendly service that Grateful Plate provides. From other meal delivery companies, I felt like I was eating left over restaurant food or I was always hungry after due to the small portion size. NOTWITHGRATEFULPLATE. 1 thing I love is that it literally feels like Beth has come over and cooked all day in my kitchen — but she doesn’t. The food just shows up every Monday without fail. And they are so accommodating with food allergies and sensitivities. Even when I just don’t feel like eating cauliflower anymore, they are more than accommodating to swap things out. What I also love is my fiancée also loves their food. He’s not as health conscious as me, but it makes me feel great that if he’s eating lasagna or meatloaf, that it’s high quality meat(and Beth even sneaks in a few veggies without him knowing). And we can choose different things on the menu depending on what we each like so we aren’t locked into eating the same things, cooking 2 separate meals or eating separately. I cannot recommend grateful plate enough.

I met Beth at a cooking class, I was so impressed with the simple and delicious meals that I signed up for the 28 Day Jump start program. It is was one of my best decisions! The program was simple, easy to follow and thought provoking. In just a short period of time, I have learned to make healthy choices and am reaping the results. I have more energy now than in the past few years! Beth is incredibly supportive and encouraging. I highly recommend working with Beth, she’s awesome!!!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Beth and A Mindful Me. I found Beth through Unilocal.I was looking to loose weight and change my lifestyle for good. After years of on and off dieting I was in a pretty awful place. I did Beth’s 90 day program with cleanse and it has honestly change my life for the better. Beth combines changing your relationship with food while inspiring you to create amazing clean eating dishes. She was super flexible with my crazy schedule and throughout work trips, a family vacation to Europe, and planning my sister’s wedding I was able to stay on track and continue towards my goals with Beth. I finished my time with Beth about 3 months ago and didn’t want to review until I was positive that the wonderful things she taught me would stick. They have. I have remade the recipes that Beth taught me in my cooking class with her and have created tons of new amazing clean dishes on my own from what I’ve learned from her. When I grocery shop I use all the tips and tricks she taught me during our grocery store classes and know what is going to keep me on track. Beth’s program is a lifetime change for the better. She teaches you everything you need in small manageable steps. She has instilled a passion for creativity with food and an understanding of what foods fuel you specifically. There’s no «one program fits all» with Beth. She is invested in you as a person and helping you achieve everything you want out of life. Beth, I can’t thank you enough for your help and I can’t wait to see what the next years can teach me about bettering myself both food related and not. I found Beth by searching Unilocal for nutritionists. Her reviews were the best and now that I’ve gone though her 30 day program I can see why she had 5 stars across the board. She is kind, caring and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to help me meet my goals. By the end of the 30 days I had achieved my goal and had learned many life lessons that I won’t soon forget. I look forward to continuing with her program and I’m really looking forward to having her in my home for the private cooking class!

I’ve been a vegetarian for 25 years and vegan for 3 years. Despite this, I have gradually gained weight since retiring 6 years ago. Now overweight by at least 20 pounds and with the New Year here, I decided I had to do something drastic to change my life, starting with the food I eat. In November 2013, I went to a half-fasting detox retreat in Australia, hoping this would be the answer. Having only one real meal at the end of the day left me feeling so weak I was afraid I’d faint if I stood up. Yes, I initially«lost» 6.5 kilos(14 pounds), which I soon regained once I started eating food again. After all that expense and effort, I was at a loss as to what to do next because I wasn’t going to give up! Like an answer to a prayer, I learned of Beth’s Program. I eliminated undesirable foods the week before the program began. After two days on the Program, I was no longer exhausted when I woke up in the morning, my energy and enthusiasm began to build, and best of all, I no longer was on a blood sugar high/low roller coaster. And I was sated! At an early stage, I began to see progress toward my initial goals: 1. «remake myself and my life»(eat well and increase exercise to restore energy and gain a more positive attitude) 2. resume daily yoga 3. learn to cook efficiently so I always have healthy food choices available After an encouraging initial phone, Beth provided a comprehensive, clear, easy to follow program of information, specific meal plans for the 15 days, and recipes for the future. With her energy and enthusiasm and my own determination, I fully committed to adhere to the guidelines and spend the time required to cook healthy food. This last was a marked change from having peanut butter and toast for dinner! I quickly regained my energy within days of starting the Program. I found it relatively easy to cook the meals(once I got back into the habit of devoting time to the kitchen), and the food was absolutely delicious! I reorganized my kitchen to keep most frequently used ingredients and utensils/equipment close at hand to become more efficient. And I will continue this pattern of cooking and eating«only real food» for the rest of my life! Beth’s energy, enthusiasm, and guidance were tremendously inspiring. She provided the impetus and structure I needed to make a life-long change. I can’t thank you enough, Beth! I found Beth through a recommendation of a friend who is a health coach. I had completed the health coaching and was taught all of the foods to incorporate into my diet the problem is I absolutely hate to food shop and cook. So I was good for breakfast and lunch but dinner was always an issue. Eating healthy takes a lot of preparation. I work full time and usually eat my dinner alone at 10pm. My husband and I are constantly arguing over who is going to take on the dinner duties. Finding Beth and hiring her as a personal chef was the best thing we have ever done for our family. We can eat together or separate whichever that day’s schedule allows and everyone is healthy and happy. We all feel so much better and are eating foods that are healthy and taste amazing. I have much more energy and am completely satisfied after every meal. I highly recommend spoiling yourself and your family. I am obsessed with her homemade pesto sauce and her green goddess dressing has me actually craving a salad for lunch.

Beth is thoughtful, kind, understanding and encouraging. I was in a bad place. Summer was over and I had spent my days drinking outside, eating burgers out the wazoo and snacking at work with reckless abandon. My once-in-awhile habits had become regular habits, and my waistline was paying for it. My face felt puffy and my skin was dull. I was not happy with myself. Beth helped pull me out of that rut with her personal health coach program. Each week we go over personal goals, feelings about food, why we consume what we consume and when, plus she always gives me a kick in the butt when it’s needed. «Saying no to old habits means saying yes to something so much bigger.» In just a month, my pants have fit better and my energy levels are up. It’s not about weight loss. It’s about feeling your best self. I would recommend Beth to anyone who needs a lifestyle change or refresher course. She also makes a damn good green juice.
