Better than Carnegie deli in NY! Why? It’s hand cut no thin slices and juicy but still lean and a wonderful taste. My wife and I had two corned beef sandwiches(Brisket cut but cured) and it was the best! I being an ex New Yorker I should know. I spoke to Steve today(owner/manager?(who went to U Mass) and explained their process to us which was exceptional. With all of the Jewish delis closing, finding Herchels’ was a real find for Philadelphians and ex-New Yorkers.
