Holme Circle Apartments

It used to be an ok apartment before the new management. There are changes after new management: Cleaning lady only vacuums and cleans entrance way sometimes. It is never cleaned properly. There was dog poop left in stairway for about 5 days, several times, despite multiple messages and pictures sent to management. They supposedly have someone responsible for cleaning the common areas. Fire alarm activation often at night. Fire alarm testing without warning of the test. The water gets shut off without warning often. The laundry machines washers/​dryers are never wiped, so before using the machines, tenants have to clean the washer or dryer. Poor building owner, the owner had to change carpet often aX nd paint often that could be saved by regular cleaning.
Pros: Neighborhood is nice and near the park.
Near major highway and hospital few block away for emergency.
Cons: every summer, police is serving sexual molesters in the park near the apartment.
Amblance pass by often due to hosputal nearby.
Shooting and killing in the apartment few month ago, the new was in the news for few days.
Parking lot is local kids hideout place for smoking.
Pot smell/​cigar semell in hallway often
Can hear neighbor’s snoring sound and conversation and can smell cigarette smoke from neighbor.
water damage/​flooding in first floor during heavy rain often
