I don’t even know where to begin with this!
I go to one of there stores on Adams blvd and Roosevelt blvd the young Spanish lady was real nice, she help me look thru the book I found something I liked she even told me about 90day financing so I said what the hell lets try it! It was going to take a minute b4 I got approved so I left the store and thw young lady told me I was approved she tells me to come back to the store to pick what i wanted I wasn’t able to make it back the store that day she told she will be there from Tuesday thru Saturday. So I take my happy butt back over there on friday after work and the store looks open but the doors are locked I figured they might be in the bathroom so I wait around 15min outside the store then I leave and go walmart do some shopping and come back and it still closed, so as I and another lady start to walk away this Spanish guy comes from back and unlocks the door. I tell him why i am there he tells me to come back on Saturday because he doesn’t know where my paperwork is! For real he didn’t even look for it!
So I leave and come back on Saturday, same thing another young lady couldn’t find my paperwork and she looked for tho, she called another story and they guy said he will fax it over! Waiting for the fax and the fax machine isn’t working then come to find out the keyboard to the computer isn’t working, what kind of business is this! So the helpful young lady tells me to come to there aromingo store on Sundays she can help me at that store! I’m not driving across town when I’m already at your store! So a week or 2 goes by I decided to stop at on of there stores on Cheltenham ave. I asked to speak to a manager the young black lady said she was the Manager so I tell her the whole story and say all I need to know is how much am I paying back every 2 weeks or month because I need to know if I can afford it so she calls the financing company sitting there for 15mins telling me they have her on hold while she is playing with her cell phone. 30 minutes go by the financial company answer as she is giving the financial company my information she says to me are you going to get it today and I kindly say I need to know how much I will be paying back she get an attitude hangs up the tells how come i didn’t say that first! I said I did say that! She says no you didn’t because if you would have I could have did it without calling! Worst customer service skills ever! But the funny part she figure out the money I tell her that works for let’s order it! She huffs and puffs and tells me to go to Adams blvd store! So now you want me waste my gas by driving back to a store that has a broken keyboard and fax machine.
Found the same items I wanted from another store and cheaper!

After looking for a comfortable sofa for about a month, I happen to visit the Cheltenham location for Furniture Gallery Furniture after a day of visiting furniture stores. I had not intended to purchase furniture that day however, I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of styles and prices offered. I wanted something stylish with clean lines while comfortable enough for my media room. I encountered a salesperson there named CHA-​CHA. She was very informative and personable. I appreciated her professional advise on the advantages offered from each different type of sofa. I decided to purchased my sofa that day. I am very satisfied with my choice and appreciate the knowledgeable help from CHA-​CHA. If you need someone to explain sofas and a get good price for quality as well, I would recommend this store.
