Ideal Image Liberty Place

By far this place FUCKING rocks.
The staffs are extremely (EXTREMELY) pleasant like over the top pleasant and joyful, but not over the top of annoyance. If you know what I mean.
From the moment I walk in to «check in» for my appointment I get greeted and ask if I would like anything to drink with a huge lovely smile.
I’ve been going this area for three treatments now and things are looking great. The laser hair removal process is so easy and quick. The Nurses who normally administer the laser treatment always ensure that I am comfortable with every «ZAP» and she makes sure that my pain level is tolerable according to the «level» of laser I’m receiving. 10 – 20 mins I’m in and out hair free.
Con:
*laser hair removal cost is expensive.
*The treatment is not guaranteed successful. Some of the hair may grow back. (Spotted, lighter, and finer)
*a bit painful (like someone snapping you with rubber bands multiple times)

The staff here is extremely professional and care about your happiness and the quality of their product and services. Melina is an amazing clinician. I highly recommend!

Disappointed
My wife started in the ideal image in miami fl i was convince by the customer service representative that day and they told me is a guaranteed that the hair don’t grow back so I was convinces so we started over there for her treatment for upper lip area my mistake was that I paid for the treatment cash we transfer to Philadelphia to finish her treatment but her hair still grow back and her treatment was only the upper lip area i ask why still grow back and they don’t know why and she follow the treatment like they told her. One of them told me to paid for the treatment again this is not cheap i think is a waste of time so beware make sure you do more research before you go to this kind of treatment

Terrible staff with nasty attitudes. It’s like they are used car salesman. Awful I’ll be going somewhere else. I wish you could give ZERO stars.

My August appointment went as smoothly (if not more so) than my prior appointment.
Arrived on time, was seated and they offered me a beverage and a snack and within 5 minutes I was in the back receiving my treatment.
The treatment time was minimal and done professionally and courteously.
My next appointment is actually next week :)
I don’t think I mentioned last time that they offer validated parking if you park in the garage associated with the mall. There is also ample street parking though.
As an aside:
Now that the summer is over (where they advertise 40−60% off a summer package), I think my only gripe with Ideal Image itself (not this location) is that they seem to advertise a 60% off discount ALL year round sooooo it’s not really a discount…

This is by far the best Ideal Image location I have ever been to! Their customer service is impeccable. I haven’t waited longer than five minutes to be taken back. I’m always greeted with a smiling face and asked if I would like anything to drink — and it doesn’t feel like they have to ask you, it feels like they genuinely want to make you feel more comfortable. I used to go to a location in Portland, OR and the location in Willow Grove — which were all normal experiences, but this by far is my favorite location. 5 STARS is not enough to do justice to their service. They are incredibly accommodating to my changing schedule and are able to fit me in when it’s best for me. If you are trying to decide on what location to become a customer, you won’t go wrong here.

This is a review for their Willow Grove location:
I own a few businesses within the area. I work approximately 14+ hours daily six days a week– with VERY limited amount of time to spare or WASTE!
1– Scheduled three weeks ahead and requested for a late evening Dysport Consult/​Procedure and I had specifically asked about wanting an appointment where I would be able to get the procedure done immediately following the consult
(Please note: I’ve gotten Dyport and other injectables before procedure follows upon completion of consult/​brief medical history)
— They charge by the area not by the syringe or units.
— Was told that I had to schedule another appointment for the actual injection because the nurse who administers the injections left early for the day.
(After I had filled out all of the paperwork)
Word of advice:
You are dealing with a certain demographic.
Do not waste people’s time.
You aren’t AS ADVERTISED!
